I'm sorry this might sound like a stupid question, but I just beat the game, finished beginning to an end again, but the primary quest doesn't pop up when i get to boreal station. Does anyone know how to obtain this quest?

You dont need to complete every primary quest again. Only the "major" quest segments that appear in the Hero Handbook. Those are the 3 Asura, Norn, and Vanguard quests, plus Destruction's Depths and A Time for Heroes. You can do those by talking to the correct NPC who should be identifiable by a floating repeatable quest icon.

If you have problems finding them you can go to the eye and ask for guidance.

You can get Primary Quests again in the Hall of Monuments.

Just talk to the Pool and get any Quest that you want.

To expand on this: Getting the quest from the Pool will just send you to where it actually starts. Once you learn where they actually start, just go to those locations directly and you'll still be able to start them.

I never even knew about the pool thing till recently, I always just went to the beginning location and started the mission there...
